The scope, amongst others, will include providing general counseling, review of contracts and other commercial matters, supervision of mediation, arbitration and litigation, compliance with laws applicable to such activities, and other legal services to prevent and minimize legal risk to the Company as well as to enable business growth and development.

Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
